Through a recommendation, I engaged Francesco Del Giacco of FLC Renove as the general contractor for major renovation work (...). The project was to create a new commercial retail concept (...). Renovation included demolition, plumbing, duck work, electrical, new building design as well as aesthetics such as laying flooring, carpet and painting.
