CAA-Quebec is an organization of more than 1.29 million members. The network of companies recommended by CAA-Quebec has about 750 specialists from 100 different trades, plumbing, air conditioning, through landscaping.
Each registered business in the residential sector is evaluated according to strict criteria:
- credibility and expertise (number of years in business, license and required permits, professional affiliations, complaints verification, etc.)
- solvency (check the "financial health" of the company)
- compliance (presence in the Québec register of companies, tenders, contracts and invoices, tax numbers, liability insurance)
- corporate reputation (survey by an outside firm with the company's customers, covering inter alia the quality of work performed and the customer service, the courtesy of the staff and on call returns)
